Service and account
SHEMANE provides scheduled real-browser monitoring, retries, incident evidence and notifications. The customer must keep account access secure and provide accurate professional details.
Customer instructions and data
The customer determines monitored targets, scenario steps and schedules and acts as controller for monitoring data. SHEMANE processes that data only to provide, secure and support the service under the DPA.
Authorized use
A target may be enabled only after the customer confirms ownership or explicit testing authorization. The AUP is incorporated into these Terms.
Availability and changes
Monitoring can be affected by target availability, anti-bot controls, MFA, CAPTCHA and third-party systems. Material service or legal changes will be versioned and communicated where required.
Termination and data
Customers can export account data and request deletion. Data is returned or deleted according to the DPA and retention schedule, subject to narrowly documented legal or security holds.
Commercial and governing terms
Pricing, liability limits, governing law, competent courts and the operator’s legal identity are not finalized. These Terms require Belgian legal review before commercial acceptance.
